SHAMELESS is a movement dedicated to helping people release shame, embrace authenticity, and build healthier relationships with themselves.
Through coaching, community gatherings, guided meditations, retreats, education, and advocacy, SHAMELESS creates opportunities for personal growth, connection, self-acceptance, and freedom.
While sexuality is often part of the conversation, SHAMELESS is ultimately about helping people live more fully and authentically.
-
SHAMELESS is rooted in the LGBTQ+ community and was created to support queer people in releasing shame, embracing authenticity, and building deeper connections with themselves and others.
Our programs explore many of the challenges that uniquely impact queer lives, including coming out, identity, body image, relationships, religious conditioning, internalized shame, belonging, and self-acceptance.
While our work is intentionally queer-centered, people from all backgrounds who align with our values and mission are welcome to participate.
-
No.
Sexuality is one area where many people experience shame, but it is far from the only one.
Our work also explores body image, self-worth, vulnerability, relationships, communication, boundaries, identity, authenticity, emotional well-being, and personal growth.
The goal isn't simply sexual empowerment.
The goal is freedom.

Simply arrive with an open mind and a willingness to be honest.
Some people find it helpful to reflect on:
What feels challenging right now
Questions they want to explore
Goals they would like to work toward
Situations they feel stuck in
Patterns they want to better understand
You do not need to have everything figured out before your session.
Part of the process is discovering clarity together.
-
A naked guided meditation is a mindfulness experience that combines meditation, breathwork, reflection, and body awareness while participants engage from a place of intentional vulnerability.
The purpose is not arousal.
The purpose is presence.
These sessions invite participants to practice being with themselves without performance, comparison, or judgment.
Many participants find the experience surprisingly calming, grounding, and healing.
-
Because many people have never had an opportunity to experience their body outside of performance, judgment, comparison, or sexuality.
For many of us, being naked has been associated with shame, criticism, attractiveness, sex, or the opinions of others.
Naked guided meditation creates an opportunity to practice something different.
It allows participants to simply exist in their bodies without trying to impress anyone, hide anything, or meet anyone else's expectations.
The experience often helps participants develop greater body acceptance, self-awareness, self-compassion, and comfort with vulnerability.
While nudity is involved, the purpose is not sexual expression.
The purpose is presence.
-
Participants commonly report benefits such as:
Increased body acceptance
Greater self-compassion
Reduced body shame
Improved mindfulness and presence
Increased comfort with vulnerability
Greater emotional awareness
Reduced self-criticism
A deeper sense of connection to themselves
Many participants are surprised to discover how peaceful the experience feels.
For some, it is the first time they have experienced their body without judgment.
-
No.
SHAMELESS naked guided meditation sessions are not sexual experiences.
There is no sexual activity, sexual instruction, or erotic component.
The focus is mindfulness, self-awareness, body acceptance, and personal growth.
Participants are expected to respect the purpose of the experience and the boundaries of everyone involved.
-
Preparation is simple.
Choose a private space where you can participate without interruption.
Consider:
Silencing notifications
Having water nearby
Using headphones if desired
Creating a calm environment free from distractions
Bringing a journal if you'd like to reflect afterward
Most importantly, approach the experience with curiosity rather than expectations.
There is no right way to feel during a meditation session.
The goal is simply to notice your experience without judgment.
-
No.
Most SHAMELESS offerings do not involve nudity.
Coaching sessions, support groups, retreats, educational programs, Discord discussions, and many community gatherings are fully clothed experiences.
For the specific guided meditation offerings that include nudity, creating a sense of safety, comfort, and personal choice is the highest priority. Everyone joins these sessions clothed, and participants are gently invited to remove clothing over time only if and when they feel comfortable doing so.
There is never any pressure to be fully nude. Participants are welcome to leave some or all of their clothing on throughout the entire session. The experience is about mindfulness, self-awareness, and personal growth—not meeting expectations or pushing beyond your boundaries.
Nudity is limited to specific offerings where it is clearly communicated in advance, and participation is always voluntary.
-
That's completely okay.
Naked meditation is simply one of many SHAMELESS offerings.
Many people participate in coaching, support groups, retreats, educational programs, and community events without ever attending a naked meditation session.
There is no expectation that anyone participate in activities that do not feel right for them.
-
The weekly support group provides a supportive environment where participants can discuss topics such as shame, relationships, body image, sexuality, confidence, identity, and personal growth.
Participation is encouraged but never required.
Some people come to share.
Others come simply to listen.
Both are welcome.

Not at all.
Most people arrive because they're struggling with something.
Many are carrying shame, insecurity, loneliness, fear, self-doubt, or questions they don't feel comfortable discussing elsewhere.
You do not need to be confident.
You do not need to be fully healed.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You simply need a willingness to show up as you are.
That's enough.
-
The best place to start is wherever feels most comfortable.
Join a support group.
Attend a community meditation.
Join the Discord community.
Explore coaching.
Attend a retreat.
You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin.
You simply need to take the first step.

Being shameless doesn't mean having no boundaries.
It doesn't mean being reckless.
It doesn't mean oversharing, seeking attention, or ignoring the impact of your actions on others.
To be shameless is not to live without conscience.
It's to live without unnecessary shame.
Being shameless means no longer believing that who you are is something that needs to be hidden, fixed, minimized, or apologized for.
It means accepting yourself fully—your body, your identity, your emotions, your desires, your experiences, and your humanity.
It means choosing authenticity over performance.
Connection over isolation.
Self-compassion over self-judgment.
Courage over fear.
Being shameless doesn't mean you'll never feel shame again.
It means shame no longer gets to make your decisions for you.
At SHAMELESS, we believe freedom begins when people stop asking, "What's wrong with me?"
And start asking, "What becomes possible when I finally accept myself?"
That's what being shameless means.
