SHAMELESS NYC Workshop

Release Shame. Reclaim Yourself.

August 22-23, 2026
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Brooklyn, New York

For many of us, shame has been quietly shaping our lives for years.

  • It influences how we see ourselves.

  • How we show up in relationships.

  • How we experience our bodies.

  • How we communicate our needs.

  • How much of ourselves we allow the world to see.

Most people never realize how much of their life has been built around avoiding judgment, rejection, disappointment, or fear.

The SHAMELESS NYC Workshop is a two-day immersive experience designed to help you identify the shame you've been carrying, begin releasing what no longer serves you, and create a vision for the person you want to become.

This isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about removing the layers of shame that have been standing between you and who you've always been.

What You'll Experience

Releasing Sexual Shame Workshop

Many of us inherited beliefs about our bodies, sexuality, desires, relationships, and worth long before we were old enough to question them.

In this workshop, we'll explore:

  • Where shame comes from

  • How shame impacts our daily lives

  • Messages we've inherited from family, religion, culture, and society

  • The difference between guilt and shame

  • Practical tools for beginning the process of release

This experience is designed to help participants understand shame with greater compassion and begin creating a healthier relationship with themselves.

Forgiveness & Letting Go Guided Meditations

Healing often requires releasing more than old beliefs.

Sometimes we need to release resentment. Regret. Anger. Self-blame. Grief.

These guided meditation experiences are designed to help participants create space for healing, acceptance, and emotional freedom.

You cannot build a new future while carrying every burden from your past.

Naked Guided Meditation Experiences

Many people have never experienced intentional nudity outside of a sexual context.

These guided meditation experiences invite participants to practice mindfulness, self-awareness, and body acceptance from a place of intentional vulnerability.

Participation is always voluntary.

The purpose is not arousal. The purpose is presence.

These sessions often become powerful opportunities to challenge body shame, reduce self-judgment, and develop a deeper sense of connection with yourself.

Personal Liberation Workshop

Who would you be if shame no longer made your decisions?

This workshop helps participants explore that question.

Together, we'll identify the beliefs, habits, fears, and limitations that may be preventing authentic self-expression and create a vision for the life you want to build moving forward.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of:

  • Who you are today

  • Who you want to become

  • What is standing in the way

  • The steps needed to move forward

Create Your Avatar

One of the most powerful experiences of the weekend is creating your SHAMELESS Avatar.

Your avatar represents the version of yourself that exists beyond shame, fear, self-doubt, and limitation.

Not a fantasy.

Not a mask.

Not a character.

A reflection of your most authentic self.

Through guided exercises and reflection, you'll define the qualities, values, beliefs, and behaviors of the person you are becoming.

This avatar becomes a roadmap you can continue using long after the workshop ends.
