SHAMELESS NYC Workshop

$650.00

August 22–23, 2026
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Brooklyn, New York

Most of us never realize how much of our lives have been shaped by sexual shame.

It influences how we see our bodies, how we experience intimacy, how we communicate our desires, how we show up in relationships, and how much of ourselves we allow others to see.

Over time, we learn to avoid judgment, rejection, embarrassment, and vulnerability — not because something is wrong with us, but because sexual shame taught us that parts of who we are weren't safe to express.

The SHAMELESS NYC Workshop is a two-day immersive experience designed to help you identify the sexual shame you've been carrying, begin releasing the beliefs that no longer serve you, and reconnect with the authentic version of yourself that's been there all along.

What You'll Experience

Releasing Sexual Shame Workshop

Many of us inherited beliefs about our bodies, sexuality, desires, relationships, and worth long before we were old enough to question them.

In this workshop, we'll explore:

  • Where sexual shame comes from

  • How sexual shame impacts our daily lives

  • Messages we've inherited from family, religion, culture, and society

  • The difference between guilt and shame

  • Practical tools for beginning the process of release

This experience is designed to help you understand sexual shame with greater compassion, challenge the beliefs you've inherited, and begin creating a healthier relationship with yourself and your sexuality.

Forgiveness & Letting Go Guided Meditations

Sexual shame rarely exists on its own. It often becomes intertwined with regret, resentment, grief, rejection, anger, and self-blame.

Healing requires making space for all of it.

Throughout the weekend, you'll experience guided meditations designed to help you release the emotional burdens that sexual shame has been carrying for years.

You cannot build a new future while carrying every burden from your past.

Now is the time to let go.

Naked Guided Meditation Experiences

Many people have never experienced intentional nudity outside of a sexual context.

Sexual shame often teaches us to see our bodies as something to hide, judge, compare, or earn approval for.

These optional guided meditation experiences invite you to practice mindfulness, self-awareness, and body acceptance from a place of intentional vulnerability.

Participation is always voluntary.

The purpose is not arousal. The purpose is presence.

These experiences often become powerful opportunities to challenge body shame, reduce self-judgment, and develop a deeper sense of trust, compassion, and connection with your body.

Reclaiming Your Sexual Self

Who would you be if sexual shame no longer made your decisions?

This workshop creates a safe, supportive community where you can begin exploring your sexual interests, wants, desires, boundaries, and values without judgment.

Together, we'll identify the beliefs, fears, and limitations that may be preventing authentic sexual self-expression and create a vision for the life you want to build moving forward.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of:

  • Who you are today

  • Who you want to become

  • What is standing in the way

  • The steps needed to move forward

Create Your SHAMELESS Self

One of the most powerful experiences of the weekend is creating your SHAMELESS Self.

Your SHAMELESS Self represents the version of yourself that sexual shame has been preventing you from fully expressing.

Not a fantasy. Not a mask. Not a character.

The most authentic version of you.

Through guided exercises and reflection, you'll define the qualities, values, beliefs, and behaviors of the person you are becoming.

You'll leave with an actionable plan to begin living as that person long after the workshop ends.

Imagine Leaving the Weekend...

Imagine returning home with:

  • A deeper understanding of where your sexual shame came from

  • A healthier relationship with your body and sexuality

  • Greater confidence expressing your wants, desires, and boundaries

  • Less fear of judgment and rejection

  • Practical tools to continue releasing sexual shame long after the workshop ends

  • A clear vision of the person you're becoming

  • A supportive community that understands your journey

This weekend is about removing the layers of sexual shame that have been standing between you and who you've always been.
