For several days, you'll have the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on the relationship that impacts every area of your existence:

This retreat combines education, mindfulness, community, guided meditation, vulnerability, and personal development to help participants release shame, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create a vision for the life they want to live.

What You'll Experience

Releasing Sexual Shame Workshop

Many of the beliefs we carry about ourselves were inherited long before we had the ability to question them.

Together, we'll explore:

  • The origins of shame

  • The impact shame has on our lives

  • Cultural, religious, and family influences

  • Body image and self-worth

  • Practical tools for healing and growth

Through guided exercises, discussion, and reflection, participants will begin developing a healthier relationship with themselves and their stories.

Guided Meditation Experiences

Throughout the retreat, participants will engage in guided meditation practices designed to cultivate presence, mindfulness, self-awareness, and emotional healing.

Meditation experiences may include:

  • Forgiveness meditations

  • Letting go practices

  • Self-compassion meditations

  • Gratitude practices

  • Future-self visualization exercises

No prior meditation experience is required.

Naked Guided Meditation Experiences

For participants who choose to participate, naked guided meditation sessions provide opportunities to practice vulnerability, body acceptance, and self-awareness in a supportive environment.

Participation is always optional.

There is never pressure to remove clothing.

The intention is not eroticism.

The intention is presence.

These sessions are often among the most meaningful and transformative experiences of the retreat.

Personal Liberation Workshop

Create Your Avatar

One of the signature experiences of the retreat is the creation of your SHAMELESS Avatar.

Your avatar represents the most authentic version of yourself—the version that exists beyond shame, fear, self-doubt, and limitation.

Through guided exercises and reflection, you'll define:

  • Your boundaries

This becomes a practical roadmap you can continue using long after the retreat ends.
